Abstract

Evaluasi kinerja merupakan bagian penting dalam suatu organisasi. Hasil evaluasi kinerja pada sekelompok unit organisasi dapat ditampilkan dalam bentuk peringkat. Model evaluasi kinerja pada suatu organisasi adalah model Data envelopment analisis (DEA). Model DEA disusun berdasarkan konsep efisiensi frontir. Selanjutnya, model ini juga dapat menganalisis lebih lanjut hubungan antara DMU yang efisien. Analisis ini dapat berupa pembentukan himpunan referensi DMU yang diamati dengan DMU tak efisien, dan perankingan antara DMU efisien. Dalam makalah ini, dibahas pendekatan matematis beberapa metode perankingan  DMU efisien. Pembahasan ini hanya pada beberapa metode perankingan yang disusun melalui konsep super efisien. Pada bagian akhir makalah ini, dipresentasikan hasil perankingan perusahaan besar Indonesia menggunakan beberapa metode perangkingan tersebut.
