PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR INDUSTRI REAL ESTATE DAN PROPERTY DI BEI PERIODE 2014-2016

Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is partial influence of independent board of commissioners, boards of directors, audit committee, managerial ownership and institutional ownership of financial performance. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study are all real estate and property sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and continuously publish financial report in 2014-2016. Pursuant to purposive sampling method , the sample obtained as many as 19 company, so that data obtained 57 data observation. The method of analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The result of the research stated that 1) Partially the independent board and Board of Directors variables influence the financial performance, while audit committee, managerial and institutional ownership have no effect on financial performance. 2) Simultaneously independent board of commissioners, board of directors, audit committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership of financial performance.
