Abstract

Research Objectives to find out Motivation Study of Entrepreneur Souvenir At Megaria Shoping Center Palembang. The source of this research is a souvenir entrepreneur who is in Megaria Shoping Center Palembang, samples taken by convinience amounted to 3 people. While the questionnaire used variable motivation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive by interview. Motivation affects performance seen from a never-ending and persistent sales turnover. This business can meet the daily needs of clothing, food, boards and others. Souvenir business can have many relations not only Palembang and its surroundings  but  to  South  Sumatra.  This  effort  can  increase  creativity,  innovative, helping others / open employment. This business also provides the future for not only selling but also screen printing, making & printing invitations including thank you cards. The results of this study are expected to be useful and as information for small scale micro-entrepreneurs, especially souvenirs, as well as printing invitations, screen printing and hotprint made attached to souvenirs, then usually according to customer demand for bridal, birthday and others. For the government to give its attention to souvenir entrepreneurs, because it can increase regional income, if exports to foreign countries will    contribute    to    national    income.    For    the    next    researcher reference.
