Abstract
Innovation management is about how a country manages innovation within the country, encompassing planning, processes, and implementation. A country's innovation management will pave the way for a country's future growth and competitive success. Innovation is the generation of new and profitable ideas. In the context of economic growth, innovation can stimulate economic growth through the creation of new products and services, increased investment, and the creation of new jobs. This can improve the quality of life.
