The ANSHAR 2025 Symposium carries the theme “From Homeostasis to Mabrur: Empowering Future Independent Hajj Pilgrims”, focusing on enhancing the health and well-being of Hajj pilgrims through medical, psychological, and educational perspectives. The topics cover mental resilience among the elderly to maintain psychological stability during the pilgrimage, emotional and psychological health in addressing challenges throughout the spiritual journey, and the application of the International Classification of Functioning (ICF) in assessing disability and health status among pilgrims. Additionally, the symposium highlights the integration of Hajj health education to promote a holistic approach in preparing pilgrims to become healthier, more independent, and spiritually prepared. Through these discussions, ANSHAR 2025 serves as an international academic platform to strengthen global collaboration in Hajj and Umrah health research, contributing to the development of resilient pilgrims both physically, mentally, and spiritually.
